We're looking for individuals who love to engage with people and can adapt to different store roles from fitting rooms to stockrooms. As a Brand Ambassador, you will help customers discover the perfect products while ensuring they feel valued and appreciated during their visit. Your role will involve both selling and problem-solving, making every interaction count.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use the AEO Selling Model to assist every guest
• Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations
• Share information about loyalty programs with guests
• Assist in various store areas including Cash & Wrap
• Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently
