After-Sales Service Engineer

Job responsibility1.Collect equipment fault information (including historical data, fault recordings, etc.) and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.2.
Conduct inspection of arrived goods and request the client/owner to sign the goods receipt.3.
Review the quantity of replacement spare parts for the client, conduct a preliminary analysis of the reasons for replacement, and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.4.
Provide maintenance and follow-up support for key client projects.5.
Execute and implement the requirements from the R& D team, provide the estimated completion time, and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.6.
