As an agent in financial services, you are attentive to the needs of our members and clients. You look for ways to support their financial well‑being in every situation, provide excellent customer service and high‑quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Support members and clients by telling them about existing applications and technological tools that can help them perform transactions and operations independently
• Welcoming members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertaining their needs in order to direct them to the appropriate individuals or alternative distribution channels
• Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors to improve the service offered to members
