Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in banking or fintech campaigns.
  • Passion for delivering a stand‑out customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to ask probing questions and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions for specific customer resolutions tasks.
