AI Conversational Agents Specialist

We are seeking an AI Conversational Agents Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and integration of AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation tools to transform critical business processes.

The initial focus of this role will be supporting the Finance function , with a clear roadmap to expand AI solutions across multiple areas of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and orchestrate conversational AI agents powered by LLMs, including prompting strategies, tools, memory, and RAG architectures.
• Manage the full agent lifecycle, including backlog management, training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and other business applications through APIs and middleware.
