AI Forward Design, Communications & Video Associate

Responsibilities

• Create video content, social assets, and visual communications for donors, corporate partners, and social work referral networks
• Build replicable AI‑assisted content workflows that scale beyond this contract
• Tell the story of furniture moving through Toronto and changing lives — efficiently and honestly

Qualifications

• Experience with video production, graphic design, or communications — and AI tools actively in that workflow
• Judgment about audience: what does this specific person need to hear, and what's the fastest honest way to say it?
• Early‑career candidates welcome; proof of work matters more than credentials
• Toronto‑based and available May–October 2026
