Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and mentor agile AI/ML engineering teams
• Accountable for quality and delivery outcomes
• Collaborate to translate business goals into plans
• Support production issue resolution and handling
• Manage technical debts while sustaining system health
Requirements:
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in a management role
