The opportunity

As an A320 First Officer, you’ll operate in a professional, bilingual cockpit, supporting safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You’ll receive comprehensive A320 training, fly with experienced Captains, and contribute to a strong safety and service culture while developing your skills on a premier fly-by-wire platform.

What you’ll do

• Execute all phases of flight on the A320 in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Captain in flight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and decision-making.
• Conduct precise preflight inspections, systems checks, and briefings to ensure safe and punctual operations.
• Maintain exceptional situational awareness and CRM, communicating clearly in English and Spanish.
