Role Description
Take on the role of OCS and Track Technician at Alstom in North York. This role is a full-time commitment to maintaining the infrastructure of Light Rail Transit.
You will play a critical part in ensuring the performance of track and overhead catenary systems while adhering to prescribed health and safety procedures. The position involves working outdoors and requires flexibility for 24/7 operations, making physical endurance a necessity. You'll engage with multiple teams and external partners to support maintenance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain compliance with EHSS policies and rules
• Oversee examination and maintenance of track and guideways
• Manage maintenance on tunnel ventilation and other assets
• Use a computerized maintenance management system for reporting
Requirements:
• Experience with rail systems is a plus
• Ability to work rotating shifts efficiently
• Strong communication and computer skills
