Role Description
Become a key part of Humber River Health as a Registered Practical Nurse in our Alternative Level of Care unit. This part-time role offers diverse nursing responsibilities and team mentorship opportunities.
We invite skilled RPNs to join our Reactivation Care Centre, contributing to patient care across rotating shifts. Required qualifications include a recognized RPN diploma and current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Candidates should have strong organizational prowess and the ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer nursing care for ALC and seniors
• Coordinate with an interprofessional healthcare team
• Document patient interactions in Meditech 6.0
• Mentor new hires and nursing students effectively
• Contribute to committee projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited RPN program
• Active RPN registration in Ontario
• At least 2 years...
