We are seeking a highly driven Marketplace Growth Manager to take full ownership of marketplace operations and expansion for a fast-growing, 10-year-old U.S. e-commerce brand specializing in smart-lighting accessories. With Amazon driving the majority of revenue and rapid expansion underway into Shopify and new channels, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-ownership, data-driven environment.
You’ll lead marketplace strategy, optimize performance, oversee catalog health, manage creatives, and drive continuous revenue growth—without micromanagement, just clear goals and full autonomy.
