Analista De Costos E Inventarios Bilingüe

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and work to improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs (Materials, Labor, and Overhead) and transfer pricing at the San Luis Potosi, Mexico plant (SLP plant).
Work with the global cost team to ensure alignment of processes in SLP with plant's global standards.
- Leads the process of updating plant SLP's standard material cost settings, with ongoing recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible for the analysis and maintenance of labor and overheads, ensuring accuracy, suitability of methods, and consistency with global standards.
- Perform and improve reporting and analysis related to product costing.
- Help update monthly operations and plant key performance indicators (KPIs), and work with plant personnel to drive performance improvements.
