Responsibilities

• ITSM Tool Management: Coordinate and efficiently resolve incidents and requests, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• O365 Platform Support: Provide proactive and reactive technical assistance to users on Microsoft Office 365, leading configurations, updates, and tackling issues.
• Management Report Generation: Build detailed periodic reports on service status, incidents, and requests to support strategic decision‑making.
• Incident Management and Manufacturer Failure Reporting: Identify, classify, and resolve technical incidents, coordinating customer concern with manufacturers for sophisticated issue resolution and system improvements.
