**Responsibilities**:- The Product Performance Management Specialist partners across product disciplines, assists in the ownership of the product(s) and monitoring drivers for performance- Works on the ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution- Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the product performance team- Evaluates variable and, at times, complex issues with major impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations- Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources- Implements performance improvement strategies, with a specific focus on cross-sell and integration, including the development of competitive an...
