Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and produce programs or program segments, assuming production responsibility when no Producer is assigned.
• Propose program ideas, line up guests or interviewees, prepare background notes and questions, and conduct interviews on or off air.
• Write material for broadcast.
• Develop and maintain contacts with a wide variety of sources.
• Gather and report information from various sources, evaluate it, organize it, and present it on air coherently.
