  • Act as the technical expert supporting sales and business teams 
  • Build and maintain product knowledge (FAQs, comparisons, alternatives) 
  • Deliver product and technical training to sales teams and customers 
  • Support new product selection and launches with Product and Supplier Managers 
  • Develop strong knowledge of the RS Pro product range and applications 
  • Provide technical advice to customers and internal sales teams
