Role Description
Enhance clinical informatics at Mackenzie Health as an Applications Analyst specializing in EPIC Grand Central. Leverage your clinical expertise and analytical skills to optimize the EMR system across all sites.
Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Informatics, this role involves supporting the EMR hospital facility structure while collaborating closely with various operational teams. You will troubleshoot and resolve system issues, enhance the EMR functionality, and ensure compliance with system standards and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in system testing and upgrades
• Develop and maintain training materials and environments
• Document policies and procedures for effective communication
• Assist end users with EMR issues and training
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to enhance the system
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a clinically related field or equivalent
• Epic certification in Epic Grand Central (within 3 months)
