Appraiser/Estimator - Western Canada

What You’ll Do

• Site Inspections: Travel to various locations to gather detailed information, measurements, and photographs on buildings, equipment and furnishings.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and expert analysis to develop solid, defensible value estimates.
• Variety: Alternate between fieldwork (on‑site inspections) and office tasks (research, analysis, costing, and report preparation). Gain exposure to multiple sectors, such as multi‑residential, commercial, municipal and educational properties.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with skilled team members to ensure high-quality, defensible reporting.

This role offers variety and exciting travel opportunities, with up to 30‑40% travel within your home province and occasional Western Canada and national travel.
