• Learn and gain deep insight into typical activities of a Talent Attraction professional.
• Collaborate closely with teams from different countries to gain an integral perspective and enrich experience with diverse cultures and ways of working.
• Support recruitment processes across LATAM.
• Manage and organize area-related documents.
• Coordinate internal processes and activities.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Psychology or related program student, bilingual, with university authorization to carry out professional internships in the second semester of 2025.
• Reside in Medellín, Colombia.
• Be an active university student.
