Description

:The objective of this course is to present to students enrolled in the course-based LLM program an overview of the Canadian legal systems. This course will help students become familiar with the basic concepts of the Canadian legal systems, civil law and common law, the legal research and writing norms, as well as the expectations of Canadian academic communities. In this seminar, student will have to the opportunity to make a presentation and write an essay on a legal issue.
