Role Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is current
- Apply credits and collections accurately and in a timely fashion
- Identify and resolve remittance discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve unbilled and disallowed amounts
- Identify uncollectible amounts and present them to management for approval to write‑off
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable on an ongoing basis
- Assist in the billing process as needed
- Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R to give management a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing
- Perform caregiver scheduling and timecard approval as needed
- Support other accounting and finance team members
- Perform other related duties as assigned
