Role Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized AR & Treasury Admin to support daily accounts receivable and treasury operations. This role will be responsible for monitoring customer payments, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with cash management activities, and ensuring timely reconciliation of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Monitor and track customer invoices and payment status.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate collection activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Record incoming payments accurately in the accounting system.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate any payment discrepancies.
- Prepare AR aging reports and provide regular updates on collection status.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
