• Managing the operation of approximately 10 restaurants.
• Managing staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards.
• Coaching staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand.
• Identifying areas of improvement and opportunity specific to individual restaurants under your control.
• Managing budgetary inquiries and understanding the budgeting process.
• Monitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costs.
• Leading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the team.
