Area Shift Manager Jr., Last Mile Operations (San Luis Potosí)

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager Jr. in Last Mile Operations, with four key focus areas: safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of the operation.

This role requires availability to work a flexible schedule/shifts/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

• Setting and communicating performance goals, creating expectations and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Ensuring productivity on route is maximized through training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis.
• Partnering with the AMZL Delivery Station under the roof (UTR) management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
