Role Description
The Assembly Production Group Leader plays a key role, as they are responsible for supervising the production process of their assigned cell (an average of 40 people under their charge) and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting the objectives of Safety, People, Quality, Volume, and Cost. This position requires a combination of technical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage employees and achieve production goals.
**My Role**:
- Fulfillment of the daily production plan. Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient production.
- Oversee production schedules and adjust them as needed to meet customer demand.
- Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with management to set production objectives and establish goals for the production team.
- Comply with the overtime budget.
