Assembly Process Intern (Tlaxcala, Acuamanala)

What Will You Do?

• Support assembly process engineering activities for new and ongoing projects.
• Assist in documenting manufacturing and assembly processes, including work instructions, machine sheets, and process flows.
• Participate in trial runs and pilot builds, helping ensure processes are properly implemented and validated.
• Measure and analyze cycle times of equipment and assembly operations to support productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and operators to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
• Help maintain up-to-date documentation for the production line in accordance with quality standards.
• Support day‑to‑day manufacturing activities, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
• Contribute proactively to problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
• Keep the tracking of the KPIs for all the runs.
