Role Description
Responsibilities:
Act as a Business Analyst and Production Support for Healthbuzz and other operational systems, and serve as Product Owner in Scrum Team Handle incidents and production defects impacting operations, designing workarounds to minimize disruptions Propose and implement remedy actions as needed, negotiating fix designs and implementation plans Ensure QC control on fix including RCA and UTR review, UAT, BVT, IVT. etc. Coordinate Month end and Year End Arrangement, including online/offline schedule and ATP process adjustment, etc., and regulatory reporting and handling such as Levy, CRS, FATCA, Data retention, etc. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Insurance domain and apply this to the execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the project / product execution and best practices Stay current with stakeholders needs and strategies; utilizing formal ...
