Reporting to the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager is responsible for the administration and leasing functions at the property. The Assistant Community Manager implements and executes resident relations and engagement programs, including planning and executing resident appreciation events. All duties are performed while upholding QuadReal’s mission, vision, and values, and serving as a brand and cultural ambassador for residents, coworkers, vendors, and the public.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the property.
- Conduct regular property inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion of repairs.
