Assistant Director of CCS

The Assistant Director of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for Lad Lake's CCS program serving older youth and young adults ages 5-23 who are coping with mental health and/or substance use challenges. This role is responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, quality, compliance, performance, and external representation of the CCS program.

The Assistant Director oversees all CCS employees and ensures services are delivered in alignment with Lad Lake's mission, values, contractual requirements, and person-centered philosophy of care. This position serves as the primary operational leader for the CCS program and works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen outcomes, partnerships, program sustainability, and service excellence.
