Assistant F&B Director (M/F/NB)

•  You’ll assist the F&B Director at managing the catering department (restaurant, bar and work/event spaces). ️ 
• In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet, you also participate in the engineering of the menu and the setting of menu prices.  
• As the true right hand of the F&B Director, you recruit, supervise, and take on many other responsibilities.  You take the reins in their absence! 
• You ensure compliance with the law; you’re watch at Mama is never over. ⚖️ 
• You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect!
