Role & Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager at Pursuit, you will lead day‑to‑day operations of the hotel restaurant and special events, ensuring high standards of service and guest experience.

• Supervise staff and ensure customer expectations are exceeded at all times.
• Act as a leader in daily communication on guest feedback, employee performance, and shift notes.
• Support recruitment, training, coaching, and ongoing management of staff.
• Lead and execute weddings, conferences, and signature events, ensuring flawless delivery.
• Assist with cocktail creation and menu development.
• Assist with inventory management, oversee proper unpacking of weekly orders, maintain neat storage locations, and support monthly inventory counting for accuracy.
