Assistant General Manager - Fixture Sales

Note: THIS IS MG SIR's REQUIREMENT 

 

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Head to lead B2B sales for our Retail Fixtures division. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while managing key client relationships for repeat business and referrals across retail, FMCG, apparel, and lifestyle sectors.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and acquire new B2B accounts retail chains, supermarkets, apparel brands, hypermarkets, and branded outlets.

Develop structured account penetration strategies to grow wallet share within existing clients.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to CXOs, procurement heads, and store design teams.

Lead commercial negotiations and close deals within margin guidelines.
