Position Summary
- Providing academic leadership, fostering an effective learning environment and upholding all professional, provincial and national standards.
- Utilizing innovative teaching techniques to facilitate the learning process (theory and practice) primarily in Diagnostic Cytology although other subjects may be required based on departmental need.
- Evaluating student progress and achievement, while providing student advisement and remedial assistance.
- Liaising with other faculty and staff at the Michener Institute and personnel at affiliated clinical sites.
- Participating in internal committees.
