Role Description

Responsibilities (English)

Lead project team meetings and coordinate project activities to ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.

Initiate, build, and coordinate budgets while ensuring deliverables are achieved within the agreed project schedule and budget.

Coordinate pre‑construction, construction, and post‑construction activities and manage leasing projects, as well as assist property management with construction/maintenance projects.

Review project plans on a weekly basis, prepare and submit weekly status reports, define context and limitations, monitor project deliverables, and communicate any issues that may impact team delivery to senior management.

Engage in ongoing troubleshooting and issue resolution with internal resources.

Report program results to senior management, develop forecasts and plans, and execute programs.

Collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholder groups continuously.
