Role Summary
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving technical innovation through consumer insights and pipeline technology.
Reporting to the (Insert Manager Title), you will lead a research team to develop new technical leads in partnership with Fragrance Technology and External Innovation.
You will be the pivotal interface between business partners like Legal and Supply Chain, ensuring a continuous flow of patents and research reports that protect our intellectual property and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Strategic Project Delivery: Lead the development and execution of experimental plans to deliver innovative product bundles, ensuring all technical leads are successfully transferred to Implementation & Support teams.
