Peoples Jewellers is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while maintaining a customer‑centric environment and developing store staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.
