Role Description
Maple Reinders seeks an Assistant Superintendent for the KSM Press pit project in Shelburne, Ontario. Support site management and oversee subcontractor work as part of our construction team.
In this role, you will assist the Superintendent with project oversight, including coordinating materials, staff, and equipment. You will ensure that contracts are understood and clearly communicated while maintaining project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will help stick to timelines and foster successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors' work on site
• Ensure clear communication of scope and contracts to trades
• Assist in developing project work plans for efficiency
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in ICI or Civil construction
• Post-secondary education or CET equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel when nece...
