Location: Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. Remuneration: 22.00 – 27.21 CAD. Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Dec 2027).

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standardized procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct.
• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions while exercising discretion with confidential information.
• Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non-standard activities when necessary.
• Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.
