Job Description

The Associate Sales Admin Analyst will provide operational and administrative support to the Sales team in Chile. The role includes order processing, reporting, and coordination between the Sales team and the Distribution Center (DC), ensuring accuracy, timely response, and efficiency in sales administration processes to achieve commercial objectives.

What Your Impact Will Be

• Process and monitor customer orders in internal systems (AS400/ISIS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain sales and administrative reports in Excel, providing accurate information to the Sales team.
• Coordinate with the Distribution Center to ensure product availability and timely deliveries to customers.
• Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and customer requirements.
