Associate Director, Internal Communications and Engagement

A member of the Seqirus Global Communications team, the Associate Director – Internal Engagement leads global employee communications and engagement across Seqirus, strengthening culture, alignment and connection to business priorities.

The role translates CSL and Seqirus strategy, values and brand positioning into clear, timely and relevant employee and leadership communications that support performance, change and organisational effectiveness. Acting as a strategic communications business partner to the Seqirus Head of HR, the role supports leadership messaging, engagement and change initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
