Associate Director, Strategic Finance Partnering
Hybrid work model: Approximately 40% onsite, 60% off‑site.
Canadian Blood Services is seeking a strategic finance leader to serve as Associate Director, Strategic Finance Partnering. The role reports to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and will provide embedded finance leadership to key portfolios such as Donor Relations, Collections, Supply Chain, Digital Solutions & Technology, Medical Affairs, and Research & Innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Strategic Finance Partners.
- Strengthen consistency in business partnering practices across portfolios.
- Provide guidance on complex stakeholder issues and strategic analyses.
