As an Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role supporting a diverse client portfolio across a diverse client base.
You will:
Lead income tax-focused advisory work across a range of areas, such as business/group restructures, mergers and acquisitions and international expansionLead client engagements covering income tax issues such as capital gains tax rollovers, tax consolidation, tax loss utilisation, Division 7A, thin capitalisation and significant global entitiesDeliver income tax returns across a broad range of clients covering corporate, international and private groups, including companies and trustsLead ATO reviews and audits for a diverse client base and collaborate with the ATODeliver tax risk management and governance frameworks for businesses & groupsEnsure high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery of all client workBuild and maintain client relationships thro...
