Associate Finance Manager – Hybrid
Location: Bogota, Colombia
The Job
- Be the point of contact for Colombia leaders (General Manager, Commercial, Logistic, HR, RGM, Industry, etc.) and provide financial reporting and support around the Business Unit/Brands/Categories/Channel/ POS Performance, investments, costs, and ROI on promotional activities.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for the business.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators: P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, investments, and strategic projects.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
