WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Associate General Counsel, you will play a key role in shaping the legal strategy as we continue to grow. You will partner closely with our businesses to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across a wide range of areas, including commercial matters, disputes, and employment-related issues. You will support both day-to-day legal needs and more complex matters, including managing disputes, advising on workforce-related topics, and mitigating legal risk across the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, negotiate, and manage a range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, consulting agreements, and other business-critical contracts Partner with cross‑functional teams to support strategic initiatives and ongoing business operations Assist in managing disputes and litigation matters, including coordinating with and overseeing outside counsel Provide guidance on employment-related matters, including policies, employee relations issues, and co...
