Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain Operational Excellence: understand processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping from purchase order issuance through delivery.
• Apply basic industry knowledge to respond to customer requests.
• Learn and execute/coordinate tasks on shipments to meet all customer SOP requirements.
• Ensure high-level data integrity within shipments: acknowledgement of shipment details, INCO terms, routing, dates, documents, etc.
