Role Description
The Marketing Associate is creative and understands how fonts, colours, and icons create a brand story. They will be creating the foundation of the conference’s brand and need to be able to create original, authentic and engaging content.
Time Commitment 5-10 hours per week
Term of Employment June 2026 – March 2027
Main Responsibilities
Creation of all social media graphics
Creation of stickers,bannersand other merchandise for use in the competition and marketing materials
Support design of PowerPoints and conference assets (Posters, nametags, etc.)
Support the design aspects of corporate outreach packages
Contribute toexternal and corporate engagement, sustaining long-term, strategic relationships
Aid in the creation and maintenance of the design elements of SDR’s website
Follow the Director of Marketing's instructions and communicate timelines
