Job Overview
Associate, Payroll, Benefits and HRIS – a 20‑month fixed‑term contract that supports the administration of day‑to‑day HR operations, payroll processing, HRIS maintenance, and employee lifecycle events at IMCO.
Responsibilities
- Help execute semi‑monthly payroll accurately and on time, including calculating pay adjustments, auditing payroll output prior to processing, and providing required reports for review and approval.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes in Workday, including new hires, job changes, leaves of absence, and terminations in accordance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Support year‑end activities by preparing and filing regulatory documents such as T4s, T4As, ROEs, EHT and T2200s.
