Role Description
The Institute of Communication, Culture, Information and Technology (ICCIT) at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) invites applications for a full‑time tenure‑stream position in Organizational Studies. The appointment will be at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Support current course offerings by teaching core undergraduate classes in ICCIT’s Digital Enterprise Management (DEM) program. Core DEM courses include Organizational Studies I and II, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Research Methods, E‑Business Strategies, and Communicating in and Between Organizations.
- Sustain and lead an innovative, independent research program, maintain competitive external funding and an outstanding research record.
- Contribute to a vibrant intellectual community at Canada’s leading university.
