What is the opportunity? RBC is seeking a highly motivated individual to contribute to key initiatives in the Market Risk Regulatory Initiatives team. This role will focus on Volcker regulations and enhancement of reporting infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring strong programming and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires comfort working under pressure and presenting to senior management and trading desks.What will you do?

Conduct risk analysis to ensure adherence to Volcker Rule requirements.

Build and maintain control reports to demonstrate ongoing risk monitoring.

Identify, escalate, and resolve issues in a timely manner with appropriate documentation.

Support regulatory reporting submissions and manage associated timelines and dependencies....
