Work Setting
Diagnostic audiology. Hospital/medical facility or clinic.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audiometric tests and examinations.
- Follow up with patients to ensure assigned remedial programs are correctly followed and completed.
- Diagnose the degree and type of hearing impairment.
- Provide information to patients and families regarding the nature, extent, impact, and implications of hearing loss and treatment.
- Use of artificial intelligence.
Qualifications
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
- Experience in the field (experience is an asset).
- Willingness to relocate.
- Certifications as listed in the job posting.
- Clean criminal record check.
